HARRIERS WANTED

In recent years a small fleet of Harriers was growing at Whitby, N. Yorks. Many of the boats had a Phantom rig installed, which gave at least 10 percent more sail area and thus some extra horsepower. Unfortunately, due to local circumstances, the fleet is now being broken up. However, two of the boats have been acquired by an old friend who now lives and works in Norfolk - the 'dinghy sailing legend' Michael McNamara.

Notwithstanding the demise of the Whitby fleet, there is still a demand for any Harrier in reasonable condition. Because of their solid grp construction the hulls have lasted well, and represent a good investment as an enjoyable and sailable singlehander.
