Blue Lightning anchored off Mill Bay, Salcombe, Devon.I trail down from Suffolk to Salcombe every year, generally averaging about 50mph during an overnight run. |
|
Blue Lightning's spacious self-draining cockpit. It is larger than those on most 35 foot yachts, and is uncluttered by guardwires and stanchions.
The outboard fits neatly in a well. When the motor is raised, I can fit a blanking plate in the aperture.
There is more stowage space than you'll need for a month's cruise, and the seats are long enough and wide enough to double
up as two extra berths. |
